  • Rates do not include $500 security deposit, to be returned 30 days after check out; nonrefundable in the event of cancellation by the renter.
  • All rates are subject to an additional 11% Florida tax. No exceptions.
  • End Cleaning fee for all rentals: $150
  • Agent's booking fee: $35
